We are typically remunerated by the lender where finance is successfully settled.
This remuneration may be in the form of a commission paid by the lender.

If a fee were to apply in any circumstance, this would be disclosed to you in advance.

From time to time, Commercial Finance Group may receive referrals from equipment dealerships, suppliers, accountants, or other professional partners. In some cases we may pay these introducers a referral fee from the commission we receive from the lender.

Any referral payments are made from our commission and do not result in additional cost to the client.

Conflicts of interest

Because we may receive commission from lenders, this creates a potential conflict of interest.

We manage conflicts of interest by:

• Acting professionally and in good faith

• Focusing on suitability of structure rather than remuneration

• Being transparent about how we are paid

Credit checks

We will not undertake any formal credit checks or submit applications to lenders without your consent.
